30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Customer Support: Before sending any products back, please contact our customer support at [email protected] .
Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please mark this number clearly on the package.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact customer support.
Non-Returnable Items

Restocking Fee
